有关女性劳动者保护的法制概观
《大韩民国宪法》第32条第4款及第36条第2款规定,女性应从事与其身体、生理特征相符合的劳动,禁止歧视女性劳动者,从而保护女性劳动者的母性,促进雇佣女性劳动者。
为实现这一宪法精神,在《有关男女雇佣平等与鼓励工作、家庭兼顾的法律》、《劳动基准法》、《雇佣保险法》及《母子保健法》等法律中规定了与女性劳动者保护相关的内容。
