Foreign workers' employment

Foreigner wishing to work in the Republic of Korea must obtain a visa status that allows employment in the country.

Visa statuses that permit employment include: Non-professional Employment (E-9), Working Visit (H-2) and the 「Act on the Employment, etc. of Foreign Workers」 is applicable to the employment of foreign workers holding such visas.
